You learned in school that the orange sea is the safest journey to take. Your ancestors used to go here to collect a variety of seaweed. Dried and ground into a paste it could cure infertility, make hair grow back lush and beautiful, and be turned into a drug that could let someone stay up all night. You don’t trust that all these things are true; most of your interest comes from wanting to taste the seaweed and its briny flavor.

There is also tales of a rare root found on the edge of the water that can be cooked in such a way that it can extend a person’s youth and cure them from poisons. To find it would change your life and your family’s for generations.

To come here is to choose a life of providing for your community. Will you continue on or take another path?
